Trip itinerary highlights for 7N-8D:
Day-1: Transfer to Darjeeling-
At NJP railway station or Bagdogra Airport, you will be received by one of our representatives and transfer to Darjeeling, nearly 65 kilometers away from Siliguri and it takes 3 hours to reach.
Darjeeling is being perched at an altitude of 7100 m above the sea level; it offers eye-catching views of lush tea gardens and the mighty Himalayas. On reaching Darjeeling, complete the check-in formalities at the pre-booked hotel. In the evening, you can take a stroll on the Mall road or indulge in shopping at the popular shopping centers. Stay overnight.
Day-2: Full Day explore Darjeeling Sightseeing-
On the next day, get- up early around 3:45 AM for a short trip to Tiger Hill to enjoy a memorable sunrise view. When the first rays of the rising sun shed light on the Khangchendzonga Peak, the view looks extremely alluring. The morning sun looks like an orange-colored ball that rises from behind the hills.
On the way to back, we will visit the other attractions including Ghoom Monastery, War Memorial, and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, continue with sightseeing including Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Ropeway, Tea Estate, Natural History Museum and Peace Pagoda. In the evening, back to the hotel for the overnight stay.
Day-3: Trip to Gangtok & Gangtok Sightseeing-
On the 3rd day, after having breakfast we will drive to Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim. It will take 2 hrs 30 minutes. This beautiful hill station is placed at an elevation of 1600 meters above the sea level. After reaching, we will check-into the hotel. After getting fresh, we will bring you for Gangtok sightseeing to explore some of the popular tourist attractions of Gangtok like Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Enchey Monastery and Flower Show Exhibition Centre.
You can spend your evening time at the Mall road. Overnight in a hotel of Gangtok.
Day-4: Gangtok to Lachung-
Next day, after check-out from Gangtok hotel at around 10 am, we will move towards the North Sikkim region and will drive to Lachung. It will take 2 hrs 50 minutes. Lachung is endowed with cascading waterfalls, snow-covered mountains, dazzling streams and a pleasant climate which allure travelers from all around.
On the way, we will visit a few wonderful places such as Tashi Viewpoint, Kabi Lungstok, Naga Waterfall, and finally at Bhim Nala Waterfalls for some memorable moments.
After arrival, we will complete the check-in formalities at the hotel for the overnight stay.
Day-5: A short trip to Yumthang-
On the 5th day of our trip, we will go for a day’s trip to the beautiful Yumthang valley. This valley lies at an altitude of 11, 800 feet above the sea level. During springs, this valley looks very beautiful as this time colorful flowers like Alpine, Primulae, Rhododendrons are in full blooming mode. And during winters, the valley is covered with a sheet of white snow. In the afternoon, we will be back to Lachung for exploring its sightseeing places such as Lachung Monastery, Cottage Industry, and Waterfalls. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day-6: Transfer to Gangtok-
After having breakfast, we will leave for Gangtok. On the way, we will stop at Singhik and Mangan viewpoints to explore the amazing views of various peaks in the Himalayan range including Mount Kabru, Mount Kanchenjunga, and Mount Simvo. After spending some memorable time here, we will continue to Gangtok.
After reaching, check-in at the hotel of Gangtok. In the evening, we will go for shopping in some famous places of Gangtok such as M.G Marg, Lal Bazaar, and the old market. Stay overnight in the hotel.
Day-7: Full day trip tour to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir-
On the 7th day, after breakfast, we will bring you for a short day trip to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir.
Around 38 km away, Tsomgo Lake is a glacial lake that receives its waters from the snow-covered mountains encircling it. It is a favorite haunt of Brahmin ducks and other migratory birds. You can also opt for yak rides to explore the breathtaking scenery.
Thereafter, we will drive to Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial War temple and it lies at an elevation of 13000 feet. There is a small wishing pond nearby where you can throw a coin to make a wish.

Day-8: Journey back to home-
On the last day, after having breakfast, we will check out from the hotel and will drop you at Bagdogra Airport or NJP railway station for your onward journey to back home.
